 Vivienne’s working life began in Australia in the 6o’s as a junior draftsperson unsuited to drawing exploded views of rocket engines as up to then, good at horses. Evening classes at SA school of Art and anatomy from a book seemed the best course of action. Leading to Ad agencies then fashion illustration and art direction. She was rewarded with Advertising woman of the year 1968, to her total embarrassment as she still couldn’t draw hands and feet !

Ran away to Sydney in ‘69 to avoid public speaking then into London’s studio sweatshops in ‘74. Divorced Australian partner in ‘77, and English partner in 2001, no kids. Studio in basement flat, Shepherds Bush with two cats.
